The short version

• What you write and say in Solacse belongs to you.
• We store only what's needed to make the product work — your account, your conversations, your mood timeline.
• We never sell your data. We don't use your chats to train third-party models.
• You can delete your account and your data at any time from settings.

What we collect

Account: email and authentication details so you can sign in.

Conversations: the messages you send and the responses Solacse gives, so your timeline persists across sessions.

Mood signals: lightweight aggregates (e.g. emotion counts) computed from your messages, used only to render your dashboard.

Privacy mode: uploaded files and extracted text in privacy mode stay on your device and are never written to our database.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your data to advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not use your private conversations to train AI models.
• We do not share your messages with researchers, partners, or anyone else.

Your rights

You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email us through the help link in the footer, or use the in-app settings page.
